- Other Egyptian cities: 3-5 business days starts from EGP 55 and may vary depending on location
- International orders: 5-14 business days, depending on location

International Shipping Details
We currently ship to most major destinations worldwide. Please note that customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges.
Return Timeframes
Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to size or change of mind, shipping costs back to us are covered by the customer
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we'll handle the return shipping at no cost to you
Exchange Procedures
Need a different size?
• Simply reach out to us at support@seenotty.com or via WhatsApp within 14 days.
• We'll guide you through sending the item back, and once we receive it, we'll ship your replacement or you can do so by visiting one of our stores.
Exchanges depend on current stock — we'll confirm availability and hold your new item for you.
